SOLANA·HUB Editorial

On 22 October, Reflect wrote on X that Create is available. According to Reflect, one transaction issues a stablecoin with a custom name on Solana.

The issuer picks collateral from a reviewed set. According to the documentation, only freely transferable assets qualify, with no fixed transfer restrictions and no holder rules. The issuer sets how interest is split with holders.

The documentation describes the same setup. One call creates the mint, attaches metadata, and transfers mint authority to the program. The same call registers the integration.

The API lists mainnet and devnet as clusters. The default is mainnet. The whitelist-endpoint page says Reflect is in a closed beta and that users have to be on a whitelist.

Issuing a stablecoin in the EU can fall under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). That is general context, and Reflect does not classify Create under it. The compliance page points readers to counsel for their own market.
