Server Log Files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These include: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname, time of request, and IP address.
5. Plausible Analytics
This website uses Plausible Analytics, provided by Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. The locally hosted analytics script sends aggregated page-view events to Plausible. Plausible is configured without cookies and without cross-site advertising profiles.

6. External API Requests
To display live data, your browser requests the Jupiter API (SOL price, jup.ag) and a public Solana RPC endpoint provided by PublicNode (current epoch and transaction throughput, publicnode.com). Technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, browser identifier, and request time is transmitted to the respective provider.
These requests do not include a wallet address, form content, or account data. The live panel works without connecting a wallet or signing a transaction.

7. Email Orders
If you request a digital product by email, we process the contact details and message content you voluntarily provide solely to handle the request, payment coordination and delivery.
Please do not send wallet seed phrases, private keys, passwords, full payment details or other highly sensitive information by email. SOLANA·HUB will never ask for those.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps and contract performance) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (responding to enquiries).
8. Payment Providers and Digital Products
Future checkout flows may use external payment providers such as Lemon Squeezy or comparable providers. In that case, the payment provider processes the data required for payment, invoices and product delivery. Plaintext payment data is not stored on this website.
Once checkout is live, the concrete providers, privacy links and order-specific notices will be added to the relevant order page.
9. Withdrawal for Digital Content
Purchases of digital content (for example the PDF guide) are subject to statutory withdrawal rights. If you expressly agree that digital delivery starts before the withdrawal period expires and confirm that you may lose your withdrawal right as a result, the withdrawal right may expire early under the applicable legal rules.
Binding notices will be provided in the relevant checkout flow or before manual delivery.
10. Scry, x402 and Wallet Data
Scry and Planet Solana work with publicly visible blockchain data, wallet addresses and derived coverage or evidence information. Wallet addresses are pseudonymous blockchain identifiers and may be personal data in some contexts.
SOLANA·HUB provides this information as education, analysis and evidence infrastructure. We do not request seed phrases, private keys or signatures to view the public example pages.
11. Fonts
This website uses self-hosted fonts. No connections to external font servers (such as Google Fonts) are established. Fonts are loaded locally from this website's server.
12. Your Rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection (Art. 21).
