Meteora keeps Referral Staking going, with a $10 rule from cycle 4
Meteora is extending Referral Staking after three cycles. From cycle 4, staking rewards are claimable only if LP positions opened in that cycle generate at least $10 in fees.
Meteora is keeping Referral Staking going after three cycles. miir set the terms out on the forum on 17 October, and Meteora shared them on X.
The forum counts more than 128 million MET staked over the three cycles, and more than $39 million in fees from referred users. USDC rewards come to more than $1.9 million, including the estimate for cycle 3.
From cycle 4, staking rewards are claimable only if LP positions opened in that cycle generate at least $10 in fees, claimed or not. Otherwise those rewards are forfeited, and the staked MET stays put.
The forum says the top 100 on each leaderboard from cycles 1 to 3 share about $150,000, and that the bonus continues from cycle 4. Allocations for more than 2,000 reviewed Expert Contributor profiles become claimable on the Campaigns page before cycle 3 ends, after an X verification.
