Gold Token SA's DGLD is native on Solana, with access via SwissBorg
Gold Token SA announced DGLD on Solana on 5 October 2026, with access in the SwissBorg app. The Token-2022 mint was initialized on 28 July. One token is one fine ounce; delivery starts at one gram.
Access through SwissBorg
On 5 October 2026, in Geneva, Gold Token SA announced a native launch of its gold token DGLD on Solana. The white paper and the FAQ describe the company as a subsidiary of MKS PAMP SA. The release names the SwissBorg app as the way in. It names Arrakis for on-chain liquidity.
The mint is older than that release. A query of the public mainnet RPC on 11 October 2026 shows initialization on 28 July 2026. Transfers on this mint appear from 19 August. One transaction that day calls the program the release calls Hadron. SwissBorg says the token has been available to buy and sell in the app since 5 October.
A Token-2022 mint of its own
In the release and in the same-day post, native means Gold Token SA issues the Solana supply itself. They say there is no bridge token and no wrapped token. Each chain has its own allocated gold.
The mint dg1dmo6NZNagkwB6EAfUeaco6CFXFLRhb1KCrsqXTVz is owned by TokenzQdBNbLqP5VEhdkAS6EPFLC1PHnBqCXEpPxuEb. Solana’s documentation lists that address as Token-2022. The initialization log is InitializeMint on that program. Checked on 11 October 2026, slot 455752602.

Nine decimals mean amounts below one token can be transferred on-chain. Holders and transfers of this public mint are visible on-chain. Wallet Intel reads public wallets.
Gold Token SA also publishes the program w7bpdM4Kbz936jJEcLpdGrraDd9qTFkjRQ5a5mkisZh. That account is executable. Halborn’s July 2026 report describes it as a program that mints tokens against registered bars and can burn tokens from a holder’s balance through the permanent delegate. Halborn reviewed source code in a repository, from 14 to 15 July. Eight informational findings were addressed afterwards. The report lists zero critical, high, medium, and low findings.
Adevar Labs dates the report after the fix review to 22 July 2026. Three of four enhancement suggestions were in place before launch. The team acknowledged the fourth, on the redemption fee.
One fine ounce, delivery from one gram
The white paper, the FAQ, and the Halborn report each tie one token to one fine troy ounce of LBMA-certified gold. One gram is the floor for physical delivery, not the unit of the token. The FAQ says delivery from 1 gram of PAMP gold through approved partners. Gold Token SA requires KYC, AML, and sanctions checks for that. A burning fee of initially 0.20% applies, plus third-party costs. Those costs are quoted before confirmation.
The white paper and the FAQ limit direct purchase from the issuer to institutional and professional clients, called Authorised Participants. On the secondary market the FAQ states no further personal restriction, as long as the law of the place of residence allows holding and no sanction applies. For Solana the FAQ names SwissBorg. For Ethereum and Base it names Uniswap. The FAQ says a secondary-market buyer does not pay the creation fee.
The FAQ and the homepage footnote say there is no storage, custody, or management fee while the token is held. The creation fee of initially 0.20% applies when tokens are issued to Authorised Participants. The white paper describes a re-issuance fee for the case in which that process is used. SwissBorg points to the app’s standard fees on buys and sells. Network fees on the chain still apply, the white paper says.
SwissBorg says DGLD is not a stablecoin and is not pegged to the gold price. The white paper says the market price can diverge from spot. This report does not quote a price.
Vault in Castel San Pietro
The FAQ says the gold is held in the custody of MKS PAMP SA. The place is PAMP SA’s facility at Via Alle Zocche 1, 6874 Castel San Pietro. The vaults are described as segregated, secured, and insured. The FAQ says PAMP SA has produced LBMA Good Delivery gold there since 1977.
The inventory list of 30 September 2026 is dated at Castel San Pietro and addressed to Gold Token SA in Geneva, Promenade de Saint-Antoine 10. The audits page attributes the list to MKS PAMP. It records six bars. Fine ounces sum to 2,411.955. Bar PAMP C076016, year 2026, is listed at 407.109 fine ounces. The Solana mint’s supply on 11 October is the same figure. Gold Token SA assigns that bar to the Solana supply. The list itself is a schedule of weights.
The FAQ names Grant Thornton for a quarterly report. The 30 September list is published as an MKS PAMP document.
The FAQ describes the token, under Swiss law, as a title of proof under Article 8 of the Civil Code for co-ownership under Article 646. It is not meant to be a repayment claim against the issuer. That is how Gold Token SA describes the structure.
Swiss issuer, French CASP for the app
Gold Token SA is a public limited company under Swiss law, UID CHE-287.630.262, at Promenade de Saint-Antoine 10, 1204 Geneva. The white paper and the FAQ say so. The Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce of 12 January 2026 publishes the move of the seat to that address. The parent, according to the white paper and the FAQ, is MKS PAMP SA, UID CHE-105.871.847. The white paper says MKS PAMP SA became the sole shareholder in 2025.
The release and the FAQ call Gold Token SA a member of VQF. VQF describes itself as a self-regulatory organisation recognised by FINMA under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. The FAQ presents the membership as that supervision. The release and the FAQ do not record a FINMA licence as an institution.
The white paper is drawn up under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCAR). It classifies DGLD as a crypto-asset other than an asset-referenced token and other than an e-money token. No competent authority in a member state has approved it. The home member state is Malta. Germany and Austria are among the host member states. The white paper names Swiss law as the law of the token. The law of the member state where the offer takes place may apply as well. The version published on 1 September 2026 names Ethereum and Base as the chains. Solana is not in that version.
Outside Switzerland, the release’s disclaimer says Gold Token SA relies on reverse-solicitation exemptions where those apply.
SwissBorg says the token can be bought and sold in the app. The licensed entity is BlockNodes SAS in Paris. The AMF lists it as A2026-011, authorised on 5 March 2026, website swissborg.com. The ESMA file, Last-Modified 7 October 2026, 13:00:09 UTC, checked on 11 October, lists custody, execution, placing, advice, portfolio management, and transfer. The country field lists member states, including AT and DE. Switzerland is not a member state of the Union. SwissBorg’s help page, as of 2 June 2026, says MiCA does not directly apply to Switzerland. The same page says client accounts in the EEA, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom would move to BlockNodes SAS by the end of June 2026. The licensing page, as of 9 July 2026, names BlockNodes as the operating entity. Gold Token SA’s release calls SwissBorg a Swiss company.
Besides Solana, Gold Token SA names Ethereum and Base, each as its own ERC-20 issuance. The addresses on dgld.ch are 0xA9299C296d7830A99414d1E5546F5171fA01E9c8 for Ethereum and 0xe908475f8Beb7A138B0dc6eb5A05cb27068ffB9A for Base.
Other tokenized assets already trade on Solana, with different issuers and different legal forms. Securitize launched security entitlements on US stocks. Backpack Securities issues stock tokens via Sunrise. SILV represents silver. For DGLD, the issuer and the vault are in Switzerland. The unit is one fine ounce of gold.
What to watch
- Whether a later white paper adds Solana
- Whether VQF membership appears in a public directory
- Whether a Grant Thornton report is published alongside the 30 September inventory list
- Whether a named venue integrates DGLD in DeFi (the 5 October release says that work is ahead)
- Whether SwissBorg states DGLD availability separately for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland
