Phantom rolls Kalshi prediction markets out in the United States
On 28 October, Phantom said Kalshi prediction markets are rolling out to users in the United States. The help page excludes Michigan, Nevada, and Washington.
On 28 October 2026, Phantom wrote on X that prediction markets are now rolling out to all users in the United States. Kalshi runs the markets. This rollout does not apply outside the United States.
The same day’s blog says Phantom is opening the markets to every eligible user in the United States. Phantom calls it the first U.S. integration with Kalshi. According to Phantom, Kalshi is a CFTC-registered exchange.
The blog says Phantom is not registered with the CFTC. KalshiEX LLC offers the markets. Kalshi approves and holds the trading accounts and executes the orders.
Phantom’s help page lists Kalshi prediction markets as available in the United States, except Michigan, Nevada, and Washington. The blog adds that Kalshi’s limits apply by market category, so some markets are not offered in every state.
The blog describes the status as a rollout still under way. Once the Predict tab shows up, users go through Kalshi’s usual onboarding.
Users who already have a Kalshi account can link it and skip verification. Trades are funded from the Phantom Cash balance. The blog says that balance is held in the CASH stablecoin.
