Seed round takes Multiliquid to $8 million
Uniform Labs says Polychain led the Multiliquid seed round, with Circle Ventures among the investors. Pre-seed and seed together come to $8 million.
Uniform Labs has closed the seed round for Multiliquid. The company said so in a PR Newswire release on 15 October.
Polychain led the round. Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures and Circle Ventures took part. Pre-seed and seed together come to $8 million.
Multiliquid swaps tokenized assets and stablecoins in one atomic transaction. The Block reports that the platform is live on Ethereum and Solana. Founder and CEO Will Beeson told The Block that the first pilot transactions are already running.
The release names funds from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson and Fasanara, plus USDC. The founders come from Standard Chartered and UniCredit.
Beeson gave The Block neither a split of the $8 million nor a volume figure.
