SOLANA·HUB Editorial

AllUnity launched the dollar stablecoin USDAU on 30 September, including on Solana. The Frankfurt company announced it that day. This report follows on 15 October.

AllUnity describes itself as a BaFin-licensed e-money institution. In the release, USDAU is a MiCAR-compliant e-money token, fully backed by dollar reserves and redeemable 1:1 at par.

DWS, Flow Traders and Galaxy founded AllUnity. That is what the release says about the ownership.

At launch, USDAU runs on Ethereum and Solana. Base, Tempo, Arc and Polygon are live as well. AllUnity plans to add further networks later this year.

Banking Circle provides the reserve banking. Flowdesk provides the liquidity. Archax is the mint and redemption partner, Hercle the off-ramp and FX partner.

The website is addressed only to business customers. Institutional clients can mint and redeem USDAU free of charge in the Business Mint Account once onboarding is done.

The same account adds Instant FX. Businesses can mint in foreign currencies and convert between the supported currencies.

AllUnity also names Bitcoin Suisse, RULEMATCH, BitGo and Galaxy among the partners at launch.

AllUnity labels the text a marketing communication. No competent authority of an EU member state has reviewed or approved it.

AllUnity brought the Swiss franc stablecoin CHFAU to Solana on 5 August. That report is CHFAU on Solana.
